Practice and Perfect you Interview Skills Research shows that practising your interview techniques does lead to improvements in candidate confidence and performance. This session is designed to give you an opportunity to practice interview skills in a safe environment to grow your confidence and chance of success. This session will focus on what makes candidates successful at interview. There will be an opportunity for you to practice your skills with your peers and to understand a number of interviewing styles. Time will be spent looking at job specs and honing your interview responses so that you are getting across what the employer wants to hear. Who is it for? All Research Active Staff - who want to sharpen their interview skills and understand different styles of interview technique and learn from experience of others Is there anything else I need to know? It is likely that you will be keen to look at the ways in which you want to improve your interview technique and learn from the experience of others.
