- Building community in residences

- Promoting and running events

- Peer support at drop in services and student visits

- Supporting and upholding university values

- Working as part of a rota Monday-Sunday including on-call responsibilities where eligible

Senior Residential Community Assistants (SRCAs):

- Undergraduate 3rd and 4th year students and full/part time Postgraduate students

- 1 year experience working as an RCA or significant leadership experience

- Peer mentoring of RCAs and operational support/overview

- Liaison between the RCA team and the Senior Management Team

- Building Community in Residences

- Working as part of a rota Monday-Sunday including on-call responsibilities where eligible

Social Media Content Creator:

- Undergraduate 2nd, 3rd and 4th year students and full/part time Postgraduate students

- Building Engagement within and across residences

- Developing year-round social media content plans to promote RCT campaigns, events, wellbeing initiatives and key topics relating to University life.

- Creating engaging, high quality and consistent content across platforms.

- Supporting and upholding university values

- Working Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday 5pm-10pm

Events Planner:

- Undergraduate 2nd, 3rd and 4th year students and full/part time Postgraduate students

- Building community in residences to promote positive connections

- Design and deliver a year-round events plan based on student need and interest.

- Support all aspects of event planning, promotion, preparing instructions for Residential Community Assistants who will deliver the events, securing locations, collaborating with other departments and managing stock and budgets.

- Supporting and upholding university values

- Working Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday 5pm-10pm
