Where to find us

The Residential Community Team are here to support you with all aspects of residential life. Our team of Residential Community Assistants (RCAs) are current Warwick students, who offer peer support and run our community building events. Look out for the RCAs in your residence and in the Residences’ Hubs - they’ll be wearing pink t-shirts/hoodies!

You can speak with an RCA at your Residences’ HubLink opens in a new window from 17:30 – 22:30, 7 days a week except for Statutory & Customary Holidays where we move to our on-call provision.

Emails and forms are monitored during our opening hours and we aim to respond to all enquiries within two working days.

If you require emergency support, please contact the Community Safety Control Centre on 02476 522 222 or internal extension 22222. If you use a mobile to call for emergency services (999), you should also then dial 02476 522 222. This alerts Community Safety and will enable the emergency vehicle to be speedily escorted to where it is required on campus.
