Contact us

If you wish to get in touch with our team, in the first instance you should approach your Residential Community Assistant in your accommodation. If you cannot get hold of them, you can contact the central Residential Community Team directly using the form below.

How to find us

The Residential Community Team has an administrative office which is located in Red Square, Rootes on the main campus (behind the Students' Union building). The office is a bungalow with a small front garden and white picket gates. We are open Monday - Friday 9.00 am to 11.00 pm and Saturday - Sunday 2.30 pm to 11.00 pm (excluding public holidays). You can contact the hub via telephone Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm on 024 76 524702. There is a post box located by the front door of this building if you wish to leave a note or correspondence should the team not be available on your arrival.
