How to find us
For peer support you can find Residential Community Assistant's in the Residential Community Team Hub:
- Monday-Friday 5:30pm to 9:30pm
- Saturday-Sunday 12:30pm to 9:30pm
The hub is located in Red Square, Rootes on the main campus. The office is a grey bungalow with a small front garden and pink signage.
You can also find our Residential Community Coordinators in The Residential Community Team Hub:
- Monday-Friday 09:00am to 10:00pm
- Saturday-Sunday 12:00pm to 10:00pm
(excluding public holidays)

Call one of our on-call RCAs on the numbers below for support and advice out of hours (post 22:00) or on Statutory/Customary Holidays (24/7).
Please note we can not help if you are locked out of your room or have fault/maintenance issues. You need to contact Community SafetyLink opens in a new window for lock out support or use the Invida Resolve AppLink opens in a new window to report a fault - if it is a health and safety fault such as a flood or electrical, then you should call Community Safety.
