We are currently revising and updating our disability/health condition reasonable adjustment process and are keen to hear the views of colleagues who have experienced the process. From your experiences, we will be able to learn and improve the service, so that it becomes as streamlined and efficient as possible.

There are two ways to provide feedback:

Complete an online survey

Provide feedback on your experience of reasonable adjustments by completing this online survey. This survey should take around 10 minutes and can be completed anonymously if preferred. The survey will close on Friday 14 May 2021.

Attend a drop-in

Attend a drop-in to discuss your views on the reasonable adjustments process with us in person:

• Wednesday 28 April 2021, 2-3pm.
• Monday 10 May 2021, 10-11am.
