Apply for EmpowerUs

As part of our commitment to increase diversity, and in recognition of the under-representation of disabled staff, women, LGBTQUIA+ staff, and staff who identify as ethnic minority in senior positions, we are delighted to invite you to apply for EmpowerUs.

The programme is open to academic and professional services staff at grades 4, 5, and 6 who belong to under-represented groups and have aspirations to develop their careers, and their managers.

To take part you and your manager must be available to attend all sessions (see session dates here).
