We are delighted to again be partnering with the EY Foundation to deliver a second employability programme, Beyond Your Limits, a programme for 16-18 year olds in care. This programme demonstrates Warwick’s commitment to Social Inclusion, in removing the barriers that have traditionally prevented people from working and studying at Warwick. The aim of the EY Foundation is to help young people develop skills and support them into education or employment.

Volunteers

We have a fantastic opportunity for staff to get involved. I am initially looking for a number of staff who would like to support the programme by:

 a) Joining a panel / talk to share your interesting/varied career history, professional journey, provide specific sector insight and share information about how to open the door to opportunities - You would need to be available Monday 25^th October, 14:45 – 15:45 – (on campus).

Or

 b) Join a mock interview panel, you will need experience of conducting interviews and undertake a rotation of short interviews with the participants to develop their interview skills - Wednesday 27^th October, 11:45 – 15:45 (on campus)
