We believe that understanding leads to better collaboration and innovation. Our champions are here to provide a safe space for any questions about neurodiversity – no query is too big or small!

Who we are:
- A safe, supportive point of contact for neurodivergent staff, and a judgement-free space for anyone curious about neurodiversity
- Individuals with lived experience and understanding of neurodivergence
- A resource to offer advice, share experiences, and signpost to support services
- Advocates for inclusion and accessibility in the workplace
- A voice for positive change within the organisation
What we are not:
- Trained professionals in diagnosis or mental health support
- A replacement for Occupational Health or HR services
- Able to provide medical or legal advice
- Responsible for managing reasonable adjustments
- Available 24/7 or for ongoing one-to-one support
