Konstantina Dee is the Alumni Careers Manager at WBS, University of Warwick. She coaches and supports MBA and MSc graduates and has more than 18 years of experience working in UK HE careers services.

Prior to her role at WBS, Konstantina worked for WMG, University of Warwick supporting international Masters students. She designed and led the skills programme and the flagship FutureFest careers festival for the department.

A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy with an MSc in Business Studies, RAU and BSc in Business Administration from Sofia University, she also volunteers as a mentor for Bulgarian Chevening Association.

Konstantina presented the Inspiring Women at Warwick event Advancing Your Career: Interviewing on 12 March 2025. This interactive workshop focused on interviewing for a job role. There was an overview of the process: top tips for interviewing, role playing, Good vs Bad, flexible working and much more. The event was attended with over 65 staff members.
