So, you've applied, been selected, did the interview and got the job. Now what do you do when you start your new role?

A panel of women staff members, from different grade progressions, will be sharing their career experiences.

Discussions will include:
- General advice and guidance
- Transition Skills
- Transition support needed
- Managing people’s expectations
- Maintaining a work/life balance

There will be opportunities for attendees to put forward questions, receive tips on career advancement, and network.
