For this year’s World Menopause Day, with the theme of Lifestyle Medicine, Gaya Neault and Jane Dashwood will give an engaging talk on how to support health and wellbeing through menopause, sharing practical insights on lifestyle, gut health, and empowering strategies to thrive during this life stage.
Gaya Neault
Gaya Neault is a certified Health & Wellbeing Coach and Gut Health Specialist with over 25 years in the healthcare industry. With a background in medicinal chemistry and a career spanning research, regulation, and health coaching, she combines scientific expertise with a holistic approach to wellbeing. Passionate about gut health and women’s health, Gaya empowers people to take control of their health and thrive through life’s transitions.
Jane Dashwood
Jane Dashwood is Co-Chair of the University of Warwick Menopause Staff Network, where she champions awareness and support for menopause in the workplace. She holds a Confidence in Menopause certificate and has many years of experience delivering talks on menopause, wellness, health, and lifestyle. Jane is dedicated to fostering inclusive environments and promoting better understanding and policies around menopause.
