How does it work?
Online course
You'll get access to a course using Microsoft Teams.
Instructor-led
Each of the courses will be led by a professional instructor.
Six weeks
Join in at the same time every week for six weeks.
Small groups
Focus and develop in small online communities.
The courses
First steps to movement
Exercise using body weight movements and start your journey of moving more whilst at home.
Slowly build your confidence and knowledge about how to move more during your day. Ask questions to the trainer throughout the six weeks as well as taking part in the weekly fitness based session.

First steps to fitness
Focus on improving your fitness from your home.
Each session will be interval based with a core finisher at the end.

- An exercise mat is beneficial but not required
First steps to yoga
Learn how to connect body flow and breath work into simple movement patterns with Hatha Yoga.
This course is aimed at complete beginners and is designed to introduce you into the world of yoga, with an instructor guiding you all the way.
