How it works
Most courses run over eight weeks, with some having different ability levels.
You'll learn from knowledgeable instructors who know their sport inside out.
Each course is fantastic value for money. They give you access to the best facilities either on campus or at specialist local centres.
Different levels ranging from beginner, improver and advanced. Learn the basic shots and rules of the game, or develop game winning tactics and court positioning.
From starting your active journey to being a Bootcamp veteran. Our fitness classes will help you progressively develop your own ability and fitness levels.
In a group or one on one with an instructor. Our swimming courses can teach you how to swim or improve technique. We help anyone regardless of your initial ability in the water.
Renewal & wellbeing
