Warwick Sport are running a variety of activities as part of University Mental Health and Wellbeing Day.
Events are FREE to attend, no booking required. (Rock Up and Play sessions are subject to standard pricing, booking required.)
What is University Mental Health Day?
University Mental Health Day is a national campaign focussed on promoting the mental health of people who live, work and study in the higher education sector. The theme of this year's University Mental Health Day is Community.
How to Get Involved?
A range of interactive events will taking place across campus, intended to provide opportunities to enhance your wellbeing and raise awareness of the mental health support available on campus as well as the importance of our university community in promoting and protecting mental health and wellbeing. Look out for events from Wellbeing Support Services, the Library and Warwick Sport.
