Stay motivated, get fit and have fun with our lockdown challenge.
Challenge yourself to walk or run 6,000 steps for 6 days every week during lockdown.
Complete your steps each week and you’ll be entered into a weekly prize draw with a chance to win some great prizes. You're allowed one rest day each week so you get to choose how to spend it.
Take part in any one week in the challenge and get a t-shirt. Complete all four weeks of the challenge and get a special edition t-shirt.
When, where and who
- Monday 18 January - Sunday 28 February 2021
- University of Warwick students and staff
Complete any week and be entered into a prize draw. There will be multiple winners for each week completed.
Complete all four weeks to be entered into a further prize draw to win bigger prizes.
Sign up for the 6 on 6 challenge by providing a few basic details.
Record your steps using a smartphone health app or a fitness app such as Strava, Garmin, Polar and FitBit.
At the end of the week, upload a screenshot of the steps you've done.
Complete the challenge to be in with a chance to win prizes.
