Terms and conditions
Membership Deals
- The Black Friday sales event will run from 12.01am on Monday 18 November to 11.59pm on Monday 2 December 2024.
- The Black Friday membership deals are:
- Buy a public or staff Inclusive or Gym & Swim annual membership from 18 November and get 12 months for the price of 10. Deal limited to 100 annual memberships.
- Buy a public or staff Inclusive or Gym & Swim monthly membership from 18 November and pay no joining fee. Deal limited to 100 monthly memberships.
- Buy a student 8-month Inclusive membership for £267 between 18 November and 2 December.
- Buy a student 8-month Gym & Swim membership for £238 between 18 November and 2 December.
- The deals are only available to new staff, student and public customers and not available to any member who has cancelled their Warwick Sport membership within the last 30 days
- Warwick Sport reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the deals at any time.
- The deals are not available in conjunction with any other deal and are subject to review or change at any time.

- The refer a friend deal will run from 12.01am on Monday 18 November to 11.59pm on Monday 2 December 2024.
- Current Monthly direct debit members – get 25% off your monthly membership price for 4 months.
- Example: If you have a Public Gym & Swim membership, you’ll pay £38.25 instead of £51 per month for 4 months.
- Current Annual members – get an extra month free once their current membership ends.
- To receive either a 4-month membership discount or an extra free month, the person you refer must buy a Warwick Sport membership and not cancel within the 14-day cooling off period.
- Only one friend may be referred.
- For members that have more than one membership:
- Multiple direct debit monthly memberships - the 25% monthly discount will be applied to the cheapest membership.
- Multiple annual memberships – the extra month will be applied to the cheapest membership.
- Combination of direct debit and annual memberships – the cheapest deal will be applied.
- The deals are only available to new staff and public customers and not available to any member who has cancelled their Warwick Sport membership within the last 30 days.
- Warwick Sport reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the deals at any time.
