Entry to the student membership competition is subject to these terms and conditions set out hereunder. Please speak to a member of staff or email us at warwick@warwick.ac.uk if you require further clarification.

• To enter the prize draw, individuals must purchase a Warwick Sport annual membership. All other products are not eligible.
• The competition will run from 1st September (the “Opening Date”) to midnight on 4th October (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
• All entries for the competition must be received by Warwick Sport by no later than midnight on the Closing Date.
• Any entries received after the Closing Date will automatically be disqualified and will not be considered.
• The competition is open to University of Warwick registered students only.
• If you are successful, Warwick Sport may require you to provide evidence of your eligibility to claim your prize.
• Entries submitted in breach of these terms and conditions will automatically be void.
• The decision of Warwick Sport is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
• After a lucky draw of all eligible entrants, the winners will win one of the following prizes: one Inclusive membership, or one fitness pass, or one Technogym bundle, or one 5 a-side pitch booking.
• Warwick Sport will contact the winners as soon as practicable after the final result, using the telephone number or email address provided with the entry.
