Warwick Mobility Bursary - 2026/27

Eligibility criteria

Undergraduate student taking part in semester or year abroad as part of a study abroad programme.

Amount of funding available

£600 one off payment per student

How to apply

1) Get your arrival formLink opens in a new window signed by you and your host institution

You must get this signed after you have arrived and have started your study or work placement. The form must be signed and dated by your host institution.

WBS instructions: You can upload the Arrival Form provided by WBS instead of this Arrival Form if you prefer.

Please upload this to the 'Arrival Placement Plan' area in the 'During placement' section of Student Records Online. This will be used to enable us to process your Warwick Mobility Bursary payment.

2) Update your bank details on eVision

How to update your bank information

Ensure your bank details are uploaded in eVision. Note we are only able to pay in Pounds Sterling (GBP £). Once your arrival form has been processed, funds cannot be released unless you have uploaded your bank details.

When will I receive my payment

Students shall be contacted when arrival forms start being processed. This usually starts in November.

Processing takes approximately 3 weeks.
