Christmas Wellbeing Support Line (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm)

You can get in touch on the Christmas Wellbeing Support Line for general wellbeing advice and guidance. Our lines are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays).

Outside of these hours, please contact Togetherall (formerly Big White Wall) for support at any time of the day or night. You will need to use your Warwick email address to sign up with them.

Report + Support

Everyone at Warwick has the right to feel safe. Harassment of any kind is completely unacceptable, and our community is an environment where prejudice and socially unacceptable behaviour are never tolerated. The Report + Support system enables all members of our community to raise any experiences with us by speaking either to a trained advisor or to report their experience anonymously online.

Coventry and Warwickshire Adult Mental Health Services

Adult Mental Services are offering support with any urgent issues over Christmas. You can also see the Adult Mental Health list of services and contact details for more mental health support.

Mental Health Matters Helpline

Mental Health Matters Helpline is a free 24/7 confidential helpline and webchat function, staffed by skilled and experienced trained counsellors, providing emotional support to residents of Coventry and Warwickshire and available 365 days a year.

The Wellbeing Hub from Coventry and Warwickshire Mind

Coventry Wellbeing Hub offers telephone support daily between 1pm and 5pm to those who feel they are in need of contact. It is open across the whole Christmas period. You will be able to call in and book a telephone call on the day or before.

Wellbeing for Warwickshire from Coventry and Warwickshire Mind

Wellbeing for Warwickshire provide low level/early intervention support services. You can call them for a confidential one-off chat. They offer phone support for up to 20 minutes with an experienced wellbeing practitioners.

The Coventry Safe Haven from Mental Health Matters

The Coventry Safe Haven offers out-of-hours mental health support to anyone aged 18+ in the Coventry area and will be opened throughout the festive period, including on Christmas Day and New Year’s.

Coventry Safe Haven is open 6pm-11pm for anyone needing support, no referral is needed. Please contact the service first to book to attend. Please note: clients must wear a face mask and have a temperature check upon arrival.

The Warwickshire Safe Haven out-of-hours support

The Warwickshire Safe Haven provides an out-of-hours mental health support service to people aged 16+ across Warwickshire who may be struggling.

Our opening hours are 6pm to 11pm every evening including Christmas Day

Wellbeing practitioners will be available for face-to-face appointments (must be booked, call between 6pm-11pm), by phone, video link, text message or email.

Adult Autism Support (from Coventry & Warwickshire Mind)

Adult Autism Support are in Nuneaton, Coventry, Rugby, Leamington and Stratford. Support is available to those 18 years and over living with Autism.

They are responding to enquiries or requests for support and taking bookings for group activities (starting in January 2021) throughout the holiday period.

They will be closed on Friday 26 December, Saturday 27 December and on Sundays.
