Why not get a free 7-day Warwick Sports gym and swim pass
The Student Experience team, in collaboration with Warwick Sport, is happy to offer a free 7-day Warwick Sport gym and swim pass for students this Christmas to boost your wellbeing and encourage you to stay active during the holiday period.
The pass can be redeemed between 13 December 2025 and 5 January 2026.
This code is only valid for students who remain on or around campus during the Christmas period.
Note: Your pass is valid for 7 consecutive days from the date of redemption. Please make sure to review the Sports Hub’s Christmas opening hours before your visit.
How to Redeem Your Free Pass
Check Your Registration with Warwick Sport (if already registered)
- Visit this link to check if you are already registered using your University email ID.
- If you are registered but don’t remember your password, you can reset it using the same link (Add the Free 7 day pass)
- Once logged in go to 'My Account' then 'Membership'
- 'Add a membership now' button
- Click Student - 7 day pass - Continue to payment
- Enter Promotion Code- 7FREE
This will then be linked to your Student ID card and gain access to the facility.
Create an Account (if not already registered)
- Go to this link.
- Click Student - 7 day pass - Continue to payment
- Enter Promotion Code- 7FREE
- Fill in information - Continue
You will need to visit reception on your first visit to link your email ID.
