What is Welcome Week?

Welcome Week is a week long programme of activity to help you get settled into life at Warwick, you'll be able to explore our beautiful campus, meet your department and start to make friends. You'll have a variety of events to attend, including academic induction with your department where you'll be able to meet key members of staff, your course-mates and find out more about life with your department. You'll also be able to attend fairs to meet University support services, as well as sports clubs and societies and the SU, and even take a tour of campus with a current student. We'll also have hundreds of optional events to choose from, and you'll be able to personalise your Welcome Week timetable to suit your interests, so whether you're into sports, table-top games or Taylor Swift, there'll be something for you.

When will I be able to see my Welcome Week Timetable?

Your Welcome Week Timetable will be published in early September and we'll email you to let you know when it's ready. It's a digital timetable personalised to you, so when you log in you'll be able to see your academic induction schedule straight away, and you'll then be able to browse the hundreds of optional events on offer. The SU will also start selling tickets for their Welcome parties the same week, so if you're keen to get a ticket make sure you keep an eye on your emails over the summer and into September.
