Why not get a free 7-day Warwick Sports gym and swim pass
The Student Experience team in collaboration with Warwick Sport is happy to offer a free 7-day Warwick Sport gym and swim pass for the PG students this Summer to boost your wellbeing and encourage you to be active during Summer.
The pass is valid to be redeemed from 14th July 2025 to 27th July 2025
This code is only valid for students who remains on/around campus campus during summer
Note: Your pass is valid for 7 calendar days from the date of redemption.
How to Redeem Your Free Pass
Check Your Registration with Warwick Sport (if already registered)
- Visit this link to check if you are already registered using your University Student ID.
- If you are registered but don’t remember your password, you can reset it using the same link (Add the Free 7 day pass)
- Once logged in go to 'My Account' then 'Membership'
- 'Add a membership now' button
- Click Student - 7 day pass - Continue to payment
- Enter Promotion Code-7DAY
This will then be linked to your Student ID card and gain access to the facility.
Create an Account (if not already registered)
- Go to this link.
- Click Student - 7 day pass - Continue to payment
- Enter Promotion Code-7DAY
- Fill in information - Continue
You will need to visit reception on your first visit to link your Student ID card
There is no longer a need to submit a webform.
