Moth Survey

Moths are beautiful and great indicators of habitat health. In the last survey, in September 2023, we found 35 moths from 8 species! We release all moths back into the wild.

We are pleased to announce that we now have our first date confirmed for 2024! Dan Hall will be presenting a talk about moths and their ecological value and conducting a moth survey.

Our interactive workshop will immerse you in the diversity of sensory perception, offering a glimpse into the various ways individuals experience the world around us.
Activities Include:
• Lighting Variations & Tactile Experiences: Explore the impact of visual and tactile stimuli.
• Background Noise Challenge: Understand the effect of auditory distractions.
• Sensory Overload Simulation: Experience and discuss the complexity of sensory overload in a safe, controlled setting.
