Enter the #WarwickAutumn competition to be in with the chance of winning one of five £100 Amazon vouchers.
It's the time of year when campus and the surrounding countryside is a dazzling display of colour and beauty, whether you’re enjoying long walks or just lovely views at the moment. We know this year is different, but we encourage you to join in the fun, even if you’re self-isolating.
This year, in addition to University of Warwick students, staff, and alumni, the competition is open for everyone living in the Coventry & Warwickshire region! If you’re not a student, staff member, or alumnus, simply use the hashtag #WarwickCommunity with your submission (in addition to #WarwickAutumn and tagging us), or email your picture/video to community@warwick.ac.uk.
We have teamed up with local professional photographer Jamie Gray, and are offering a free online workshop at 6 pm on Wed 20 October. In the workshop, Jamie will critique previous #WarwickAutumn entries and provide tips and tricks to help make your photos pop.
Jamie will also be filming a masterclass video on campus which we will share on the Warwick Presents page w/c 18 October.

1) Mindful Autumn (#MindfulAutumn)
Many of us feel stressed and preoccupied with studies and work pressures in the Autumn. Show us how you stay present and look after yourself at this time of year.
2) Autumn Animals (#AutumnAnimals)
From Rolf the Campus Cat to all the ducks and geese, we share our campus with a lot of animals. Take a photo of (or with!) your favourite animal friend at Warwick.
3) Fresh Start Autumn (#FreshStartAutumn)
Autumns are for new beginnings. Show us a new hobby, a new perspective, or maybe something you're rediscovering now things are slowly returning to normal.
4) Autumn At Home (#AutumnAtHome)
There's no need to brace the cold and the rain to feel Autumnal. Show us how you celebrate the season from the comfort of your own home.
5) Autumn Reels (#AutumnReels)
New for 2021, we want to see what your Autumn looks like on Instagram Reels. Show us your Warwick Autumn with a short video of no more than 30seconds long.
How to take part
Whether you’re on or off-campus, simply take a photo, or capture a short (30s) video. Then share it with us on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter, tag us @universityofwarwick (Instagram), or @warwickuni (Facebook and Twitter), and use the hashtag #WarwickAutumn. If you are not a University of Warwick student, staff, or alumnus, but live in the Coventry/Warwickshire area, include the hashtag #WarwickCommunity with your submission (in addition to #WarwickAutumn and tagging us), or email your picture to community@warwick.ac.uk.
