Rail and coach services are available from London Heathrow (LHR) and Birmingham International (BHX) airports.

Discount National Express Service

Airport Transfers Service

Bookings for airport transfers from London Heathrow airport have now closed.

The University will also offer a welcome service at Birmingham Airport, to answer your questions and help you get a taxi or public transport to complete your journey to campus.

Whether you're travelling to London Heathrow or Birmingham Airport, our friendly Welcome Helpers will be there to greet you at Arrivals. If you need to get in touch with them at either airport you can call them on the numbers below:

Accommodation

If you need to collect keys to campus accommodation, we recommend that you arrive by taxi and ask the driver to wait whilst you collect your keys, so that they can drive you on to your accommodation block when you are ready.

Thursday 22 - Sunday 25 September

Between 8am and 3am the following morning, keys can be collected from the Arrival Hub in Kirby Corner Car ParkLink opens in a new window before 6pm or University HouseLink opens in a new window after 6pm.

If you find your arrival time will be after Student Services has closed then please email them 48 hours in advance of your arrival date to studentservices@warwick.ac.uk confirming your full name and ID number, making them aware of your out-of-hours arrival date, they will then send your room key to the Community Safety HubLink opens in a new window for collection.

Monday 26 September onwards

If you are arriving on campus during Student Services opening hoursLink opens in a new window, you should head to their reception desk in Senate HouseLink opens in a new window and you will be given your keys to your room.
