For most countries we are only publishing the grade which approximately equates to where a 2.2 (Lower Second) ends and a 2.1 (Upper Second) begins. Applicants should read the published grade as an approximation only and remember that it does not represent the entry requirement of any individual course, it is simply an indicator of how overseas entry requirements equate to the UK system

Warwick IFP: High school qualification will be considered for entry
Undergraduate: Warwick IFP required. Alternatively IB, A-Levels, American system will be considered.
Postgraduate: A Masters degree from a well ranked public institution with a score of 85% and above will be considered.
- Albania
Warwick IFP: High school qualification will be considered for entry
Undergraduate: Warwick IFP required. Alternatively IB, A Levels, or other European system will be considered.
Postgraduate: Diplomë universitare is insufficient for entry. Kandidat i Shkencave (Candidate of Sciences), Masters level will be considered. A score of 8.5-9.5 from a well ranked public institution is considered comparable to a UK 2.1 while a score of 8-8.5 is considered comparable to a UK 2.2.

ATAR candidates are expected to achieve a score normally within the range of 94.05 – 96.35 (depending upon the programme for which you are applying). International Baccalaureate (IB) is also suitable for admission. Generally, where the IB requirement for a course is shown as 36 IB Points, we require an ATAR score of 94.05; where the IB requirement is 38 Points, we require 96.35.
PostgraduateLink opens in a new window: Applications are welcomed from students with a four-year Bachelor's (Honours) degree (AQF8) or a three-year Bachelor's degree (AQF7) from an Australian university. A High Distinction is considered comparable to a UK First Class, a Distinction is considered comparable to a UK 2:1 and a Credit is considered comparable to a UK 2:2.

Undergraduate: Typically we require the Reifeprufungszeugnis/Maturazeugnis with minimum grades of 1.5 to 1.3 overall
Postgraduate: A Bachelor's degree, Diplomstudium/Magister with a score of 60% or 2.9 from a well ranked public institution is considered comparable to a UK 2.1, while a score of 50% or 3.9 is considered comparable to a UK 2.2.

Postgraduate: Applicants with a four year Bachelor degree or a three year Bachelor degree plus one year Masters degree from one of the universities listed below will be considered for entry to a taught postgraduate course.

Postgraduate: A Licenciado, a minimum of 4 years in duration, from a well ranked university in Bolivia is required for consideration for postgraduate study at Warwick.
From private institutions a score of 75% is considered comparable to a UK 2.1, while a score of 67% is considered comparable to a UK 2.2.
From public institutions a score of 66% is considered comparable to a UK 2.1 while a score of 55% is considered comparable to a UK 2.2.

Alternatively see entrance requirements for the IB, APs, France, New Zealand, or Australia if studying at a school with an international curriculum. USP Foundation Programme not typically accepted for admission to undergraduate programmes.
Postgraduate: Minimum of four year bachelors degree, with typically a minimum of 86% (Alaa) in relevant subjects typically Typically a minimum of 80 (A) from a four year degree programme from the University of the South Pacific. Candidates with a strong B score (70 - 80) may also be considered. See entrance requirements for New Zealand or Australia if studies completed in these countries.
- Costa Rica

Warwick IFP: High school qualification is considered for entry
Undergraduate: Typically we require the Državna Matura (state exam) with a minimum of 4.5 to 5 overall, to include 3 compulsory exams at higher level
Postgraduate: The minimum qualification for entry to a master's course is either the Baccalaureus/Baccalaurea degree (started after 2005) or the Visoko Obrazovanja/Level VII/1 when awarded before 2005. A score of 4 from a well ranked public institution is considered comparable to a UK 2.1, while a score of 3 is considered comparable to a UK 2.2.
- Cuba

: High school qualification will be considered for entry
Undergraduate
: Applicants holding IB or A-level high school leaving qualifications will be considered for undergraduate entry. Applicants holding the high school leaving qualification, the Perito, will not be considered for undergraduate entry but will be considered for Warwick IFP.
Postgraduate
: 4-year Titulo de Licenciado / Licenciatura is deemed equivalent to a UK Bachelors degree. A score of B or 80-89 or 4-4.99 from a well ranked public institution is considered comparable to a UK 2.1, while a score of C or 70-79 or 3-3.99 is considered comparable to a UK 2.2.
- Cyprus
Warwick IFP: High school qualification is considered for entry
Undergraduate: 3 A-Levels. Alternatively, we can accept students with the Cypriot Apolytirion plus 2 A Levels (see also A Level requirements). Please note that the Cypriot Apolytirion may not be used to satisfy any essential subject requirements, for example Mathematics. An A-level in the essential subject would be required to satisfy this criteria.
In circumstances where applicants are taking both A-level Greek and the Cypriot Apolytirion, only one of these will be accepted.
Postgraduate: Bachelor's degree considered comparable to British Bachelor degree standard. A score of 7.0-8.49 from a well ranked public institution is considered comparable to a UK 2.1, while a score of 6.0-6.99 is considered comparable to a UK 2.2.
- Czech Republic
Warwick IFP: The Maturita qualifies students for direct entry to undergraduate programmes.
Undergraduate: Typically we require the Maturita with a minimum of 2 to 1 overall
Postgraduate: Typically we require a Bakalar degree (issued post 2002). For grading scales after 2004, a minimum score of 1.50 is required above from a well-ranked public institution is considered comparable to a UK 2.1, while a minimum score of 2.0 is considered comparable to a UK 2.2.

Warwick IFP: High school qualification is considered for entry
Undergraduate: Typically we require the Hojere Handelseksamen (HHX) / Bevis for Hojere Forberedelseseksamen with a minimum of 10 - 11 overall
Postgraduate: A score of 7-10 from a well ranked public institution is considered comparable to a UK 2.1, while a score of between 5-6.9 is considered comparable to a UK 2.2 (12-point scale).
- Djibouti
