Are there any requirements to become a volunteer at Warwick?

If I have time I'd like to get some work experience through volunteering. Are there any requirements to become a volunteer at Warwick?

The UK government asks that international students provide a Certificate of Good Conduct. What each government requires varies a lot, so it is best to look at the following website: www.gov.uk/government/publications/criminal-records-checks-for-overseas-applicants. UK students must also be checked for criminal records, which is called DBS – Disclosure and Barring Service. As our volunteers are working with children and vulnerable adults, we must be sure all is well. We also provide extensive training on health and safety.

You can find more information about volunteering at Warwick at the Warwick Volunteers website.
