How did you hear about Warwick?
Through my sister— she visited the campus and thought it was the best fit for my goals and aspirations
Where else did you consider studying?/ Where did your friends or siblings go?
King's College London, Edinburgh, and Glasgow were my other options. My friends and sister studied in universities in other countries
Why did you choose Warwick over other UK universities and other universities in the world?
For it’s faculty and exceptional facilities. It also has a beautiful campus
When you found out about Warwick, did you contact the University to find out more? Which department?
No. I got most of my information online and through current student/alumni forums
Do you have any feedback on the service, advice or overall experience of working with the agent?
I worked with IDP— very good service and quite helpful with applications
Would you recommend working with this agent to a friend in their application to Warwick?
Definitely
Was your arrival and orientation okay? What were your first impressions/highlights?
Yes, it went great— I loved the atmosphere of the campus and the Student Union. The Faculty of Arts Building was a huge highlight

The sense of community
What is the worst thing about Warwick?
Intercampus connectivity (life sciences campus is quite far from the main university)
What are your impressions of your accommodation? Is this on campus/off campus?
Lived in Claycroft— appropriately sized and good value for money. Quite comfortable and sociable
Did you undertake any internships or study abroad opportunities? Please include examples of Spring/Summer internships and the name of the firm/organisation or the country where you studied abroad.
Yes — I worked at Pune University in India under their summer training program
Are you a member of any societies? If so, what have you done with them?
I participated in many events with BioSoc, ArtSoc, CraftSoc, and PopCult
Have you travelled in the UK/Europe?
Yes, various places in the UK
What do you hope to do when you graduate?
I would like to get in to pharmaceutical manufacturing and processing
If you were giving advice to a student considering study at Warwick, what advice would you give them?
Don’t let your circle be too small— make an effort to meet people from different backgrounds. Also, keep an eye out for events there’s always a lot happening on campus
What one thing makes you happy about Warwick?
The amount of activities and events that happen regularly

BSc Biochemistry is about understanding life on its smallest scale – the molecules and cells that make up organisms - and is one of four degree courses taught by the School of Life Sciences.
