This page can be used to request digital copies of the visa documents the University holds, either because you have provided them to us previously or because a Biometric Residence Permit (BRP card) was delivered to us.

If you are requesting your old CAS, or a BRP card (Biometric Residence Permit) which was originally delivered to the University, we will usually have a copy.

For anything else, we will only have a copy if you have provided it to us.

How we will send your documents to you

If you are a current student or recent graduate with an active Warwick ITS Account, we will use this account and your Warwick email address to share your documents with you securely, even if you have entered a different email address above.
If you no longer have an active Warwick ITS Account (e.g. because you have left the University and your account has expired), the only option we have to send your documents to you is as an unencrypted email attachment. Email attachments are not secure and the University cannot accept any responsibility for documents which are sent to an incorrect email address, or intercepted, as a result of you providing an incorrect email address on this form or due to a compromised external email account. Therefore, please check the email address you have entered above very carefully before you submit this request.
