Return of Original Documents by Courier

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION regarding the return of your original documents to locations outside of the UK* If your offer condition includes a requirement to submit original documentation, the University will arrange for these to be returned by the University's designated courier company, DHL, upon receipt of this form and the appropriate payment. Please ensure that you complete this form *BEFORE* you send any original documents that need to be returned. This form can be used to send other important documents as well, for example, a hard copy Statement of Offer. If you do not wish to use this service but live outside of the UK, your original degree certificate will be returned by standard airmail (free of charge). We will send you an email notification when we post your certificate. Please note that all other original documentation (eg. transcripts, European Diploma Supplements and UK HE Achievement Reports) will be retained for 9 months from the date of receipt after which they will be securely destroyed. Please note that return of documents via standard airmail may take considerably longer and the University cannot be held responsible for documents after they have been posted to you. *You do not need to complete this form if you live in the UK* - we will return your degree certificate by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery free of charge. *Applicants for WMG's taught MSc programmes* - please do not complete this form. *Please ensure that you have a valid credit card or debit card to hand as you will be directed to the payment page once you click 'submit form'. Please do not submit this form if you are unable to make payment online using a valid card. You may still request for your documents to be returned by courier by enclosing a banker's draft of the appropriate amount made payable to 'The University of Warwick' with the original documents.* When you send your original documents to us, please ensure that you have printed the web submission email and the payment receipt email (which will be sent to you within 24 hours of payment) and enclosed it with the documents to be returned.
