Green Tuesday Swap Shop
Join the SU's sustainable alternative to Black Friday on Tuesday 26th November! As part of the SU ‘Green Tuesday’ campaign, our Full-Time Officers are leading a collaborative clothes swap with students, societies and the University Sustainability team.
How this works:
Students will be able to bring clothes from 12pm noon on Tuesday 26th November to swap with each other on an informal basis (no tokens or registration required!). Anyone can drop in until about 4pm, when volunteers will collect up any leftover clothing to donate to the Tile Hill Community Partnership.
When it is:
The swapshop will be open from 12pm noon in the SU Atrium on Tuesday 26th November, and you can come by to drop or swap clothes until 4pm.
How you can get involved:
If you would like to volunteer to help, let us know! Email our VP Welfare and Campaigns Naomi at naomi.carter@warwicksu.com. Otherwise, you can support this event by dropping by on the day, bringing clothes to swap, or crucially - sharing with your friends!
Spread the word and get ready to bag the most sustainable bargains this Black Friday week!
