A monthly social to meet up others with an interest in public engagement
What are they?
Warwick Institute of Engagement are hosting a series of monthly social cafes. These are chance for anyone with an interest in public engagement to get together for a coffee, lunch, or some cake and meet other colleagues.
Can anyone come along?
Yes! We're more than happy to see academic/ teaching staff, technicians, professional services, students and anyone else come and join us. Please just sign up in advance so we know to expect you. You don't need to be an expert in public engagement, just someone who's interested in talking about it.
Register
To help us manage numbers and prevent food waste please register for the cafes.
We also want to do our bit to save the planet so please bring your own mug with you if you can to save on disposables.
Upcoming sessions
We're aiming to have these sessions take place monthly, but there are likely to be gaps over the summer etc. We'll also try to vary locations so we move round the campus so keep an eye on where you can catch us next.

July/ August/ September - Summer Hiatus
As so few of us are around during the summer, and the WIE team use it as a reset period to reflect and plan ahead, we'll be taking a break from the cafes during the vacation period.
