Our promotions learning circle work with WIHEA, and particularly their Teaching Recognition and Reward Learning Circle, to run annual support sessions for colleagues to help them with putting together their promotions case. They run one for those looking to apply for senior teaching fellow/ senior research fellow/ associate professor, and one for those looking to apply for Professor/ Research. WIE's Promotion and Impact, Outreach and Engagement (I,O,E) Review Learning Circle also offer mentoring, one-to-ones and close reading of applications, with particular expertise on the I,O,E section.
