The University’s Winter Degree Congregation will be taking place on Wednesday 20th - Friday 22nd January 2016 inclusive. As a result of this large event there may be increased traffic in and around the University campus during these dates.

The University is working hard to ensure that local residents and businesses are not unduly affected by this event but we cannot guarantee that there will be no impact and are therefore providing advance warning.

The University will be holding two ceremonies each day on Wednesday 20th - Friday 22nd January at 11.00am and 3.00pm. We would therefore estimate that the peak time for traffic arriving and leaving campus will be during the morning and evening rush hours.

Please note that we have a free Park & Ride service in operation during the Degree Congregation, which we are encouraging graduands to use this service. This is based at Stoneleigh Park, 4 miles from the University.
