The University of Warwick’s new Interdisciplinary Biomedical Research Building (IBRB) has been shortlisted for the West Midlands Building of the Year award from the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).

The University of Warwick Volunteers Group have been recognised with a special award for their dedication to the community. They engage in activities in Coventry, Leamington, Kenilworth, and Warwick, working on programmes with charities, community groups and schools.

Together with the YMCA Heart of England and Positive Youth Foundation, Warwick Arts Centre are proud to be providing a platform for Coventry’s next generation of creative changemakers!

A dry bean mix of Godiva and Capulet will go on trial sale from Zero Store shops in Stratford-on-Avon and Leamington Spa. Zero Store launched at the height of the pandemic and provides a friendly and educational place to buy everyday grocery items, from dry food ingredients to cleaning products, using your own containers, and helping you reduce plastic waste.

Researchers at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust and The University of Warwick have shown that a structured programme of exercise and psychological support delivered live online improves quality of life for people with long covid.

Ahead of World Cancer Day on 4 February, scientists are revealing a cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) tool designed to help grade cancer, by analysing cell division. The new tool called MitPro will be introduced at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW).
