IATL staff visit to Singapore

Two members of IATL staff, Caroline Gibson and Amy Clarke, travelled to Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore in January for discussions with International Conference of Undergraduate Research (ICUR) colleagues from NTU and Monash University. The visit was a great success and further cemented the relationships between the three institutions. Follow the link for more about ICUR.

IATL funding for staff

On 14 December 2016 IATL hosted the showcase event 'Re-shaping the Learning Environment: IATL Funding for Staff', providing a platform for our funding recipients to share ideas and techniques from their exciting work with the wider Warwick community. Our next staff funding application deadline is 5 May 2017 and we encourage you to get in touch about your project idea.

Artworks in The Oculus

The works from the University of Warwick Art Collection chosen for installation in The Oculus are intended to enhance its multi-disciplinary environment and act as informal provocations for ideas. Staff and students, including IATL’s Director, Dr Nicholas Monk, were invited to contribute labels to accompany the works of art to open up their areas of enquiry to the users of the building. IATL modules: places still available

We have a small number of places remaining on some of our interdisciplinary modules in the spring term. Studying on an IATL module gives you the opportunity to work with students and lecturers from across the university, developing connections between ideas, experiences and practice.
