Hybrid teaching is usually considered to mean teaching the same content and activities, at the same time, to students who are in a physical classroom and others who are online. Hyflex takes this further, recording the live session and making it available asynchronously online as well.

In this session we will learn how to design and configure hybrid and hyflex sessions using technologies available at Warwick.

We will consider techniques to handle the complex challenges that often face the teacher and the student (so this is relevant to students as well).

We will also consider whether hybrid/hyflex is really the best approach to use, and why we might use different approaches.
