GSD external module request form

This form must be completed if you would like to take an external module (not offered by the GSD department) as part of your optional module choice for the upcoming academic year. Please submit a separate copy of this form for each external module you wish to request approval for.

Note: This form is for external module requests only. All first-year and second-year Global Sustainable Development students are asked to fill in a separate form to inform the Department of their GSD module preferences in the upcoming academic year (this separate form is linked on the right-hand side of this page).

For further information on the external module process, contact UGGSD@warwick.ac.uk

1. Please confirm that you have read the course regulation relevant to your degree https://warwick.ac.uk/fac/arts/schoolforcross-facultystudies/gsd/currentstudents/undergraduates/studenthandbook/regulations (required)
2. Please confirm that you have read the “Guidance on GSD optional modules selection” section of the GSD Handbook https://warwick.ac.uk/fac/arts/schoolforcross-facultystudies/gsd/currentstudents/undergraduates/studenthandbook/modules (required)
