Supervisor: Dr Marco J Haenssgen

"Dr Marco J Haenssgen – This study would not have been possible without the constant help and support so kindly provided this past year. Thank you for being as passionate about my work as I am, and for believing in me when I didn’t believe in myself. I have been able to truly express myself through my work, which is a gift; one I haven’t taken for granted. This project is so personal, and you have helped to make a lifelong difference for the participants – thank you."

I am grateful to Dr Marta Guerriero and Dr Maria Gavris for their help in the quantitative analysis. Thanks must go to Dr Cathia Jenainati and Dr Marta Guerriero for inspiring me to take Global Sustainable Development. I am incredibly grateful for the support from the whole school, including staff and course mates, in making these last three years some of the most special. I hope to take forward the confidence and knowledge instilled in me and the interdisciplinary mindset in the next stage of my journey to continue to learn and aspire to make a sustainable impact. Special thanks must also go to GSD alumnus Liam Shah, Dr Nathan Eva from Monash Business School and Haley Beer from Warwick Business School for their help in developing the research question and designing the research."
