Open Days

Visiting Warwick campus will be a pivotal step in your decision to study Global Sustainable Development. Not only does an Open Day provide you with the opportunity to visit accommodation and get a feel for student life on campus, but you can also attend lectures, workshops and drop-in sessions to learn more about Global Sustainable Development. Warwick holds Open Days in Autumn and Summer each year, you just need to book onto an Open Day and sign up for sessions. Global Sustainable Development also runs Offer Holder Open Days specifically for candidates offered a place to study with us, to help you make a decision that is right for you.

University Open Days, 2019

Saturday 5 October 2019

Saturday 19 October 2019

During the October 2019 Open Days, there are a number of ways you can find out more about Global Sustainable Development at Warwick:

  • Overview - during this session we will provide you with a background to Global Sustainable Development and a thorough overview of our Single and Joint Honours degree programmes (please book in advance to ensure your space on the day, using the Open Days Booking Form). This will take place on the first floor of the Ramphal Building, room R1.13, with the first overview session at 11:45am and the second at 3:00pm, lasting for one hour.
  • Taster sessions - an opportunity to find out what our interdisciplinary learning experience really looks like in practice. Ask questions, engage with staff and fellow prospective students, and get inspired about sustainability. This will take place on the first floor of the Ramphal Building, room R1.03, from 1:00pm until 2:00pm.
  • Drop-in sessions - throughout the day, members of GSD staff and students will be available to discuss any questions you have. See our People page for an idea of who you might meet before you arrive. For the drop-in session, you can find us on the third floor of the Ramphal Building.
