Hear from our Economics and GSD student ambassador Ellie about her university experience
and the dissertation is in!🌱🌻 as I near the end of my time as a @WarwickGSD student (I still have 4 exams 💔), I wanted to reflect on all the opportunities I have had. Over the next week, this will become a thread of favourite moments from my university experience 🌟🕊 pic.twitter.com/HfmC8A5HDU

Year 1 Term 1: Warwick's campus and surrounding areas are beautiful and being able to explore them freely was one of my favourite parts of uni. These are just a selection of some of my most loved places, plus the Peak District because that was a good day 😍 pic.twitter.com/1e2egaRMEt

Year 1 Term 2: music was a defining feature of this term for me. I had the opportunity to play in the world premiere of "Beyond your Elsewhere" (https://t.co/f0HMnFPHOs - have a listen, if that's your thing) and attend my first ball with UWSO. pic.twitter.com/1z0SRKzVyy

Year 1 Easter: my first (and last 😓) music tour! UWSO took on Prague, playing two local concerts in very cold conditions. A really, really fabulous experience, with some of my favourite people. 🎶🎻 pic.twitter.com/Stve0mpvn3

Year 1 Term 3: my first show! Co - stage managed an incredibly successful production of Misterman, with a first year dominated cast and crew! Intense but so so rewarding 🌟🎭 pic.twitter.com/5MdlH9Aqzp

Year 1 Summer: Nepal! Alongside some fellow GSD students, we volunteered at KRMEF, helping out where we could. A very special cross-cultural experience! Spent a lot of time building a house, look at it now! By far the opportunity I treasure the most 🌱 pic.twitter.com/zdz2Teh5qD

Pre - Year 2: by far my most insane university experience, an all expenses paid trip to China! Two pretty much sell out nights, with a thoroughly engaged audience and impressive feedback! Again intense, and so so exhausting, but an experience I will never forget. 🎭🌟🇨🇳 pic.twitter.com/HgvvW9YYNT

Year 2 Term 1: wrote a couple of articles for @GLOBUSWarwick, really enjoyed it.🌱 It's a really great platform for students to share their thoughts on the world; below are a selection of topics I have written on. ❤ pic.twitter.com/vxYQhHYBGc

Year 2 Term 2: can I summarise a semester abroad in 1 tweet? No, but I am endlessly grateful for the opportunity to study in Australia, make new friends (both animal & human form) and feel incredibly welcome in a city I will always love. Melbourne & Monash, I miss you! 🇦🇺 pic.twitter.com/WiYJwSJJBU

Year 2 Term 3: alongside completing my studies at Monash, @HollieFRyan and I went on an adventure to Brisbane to complete our @ClimateReality training. An incredibly inspiring and motivating experience! 🌱🌍 pic.twitter.com/IthevKSBu5

Year 3 Term 1&2: anyone who follows me knows just how much co-founding @WarwickCup meant to me. Not only is it a reusable cup sharing system, it is a community dedicated to creating real change, on campus and beyond. I could not be more excited to watch it blossom next year! ☕🌍 pic.twitter.com/3gXexi7nt2

Year 3 Term 2: we're not sure if or when we'll get our graduation but I was lucky enough to attend 3 different balls this term, celebrating my university experience with my music, theatre and GSD friends! 🎻🎭🌱 pic.twitter.com/cWdSDy8642

....and now? Graduating into uncertain times means that many of us don't know what is next. Yet, in the spaciousness of uncertainty, there is opportunity, there is hope and there is room to act. Grounded in these incredible experiences, my adventure is only just beginning! 🌱🌍🌻 pic.twitter.com/pbOVmbnm7D
