The data collected on this form will not be used for anything other than the virtual yearbook, and only your name, pathway title, your message, your dissertation acknowledgements (if you have agreed to this and if your acknowledgements are selected), and your image (if supplied) will be published.

If you submit a photo, we plan to share it on the Liberal Arts website. We will securely store your images for five years, after which point they will be archived and only be used for historical purposes.
