Curriculum evaluation

Evaluating curricula | Seminar
About
This stand-alone seminar introduces a novel, theory and practice-informed, curriculum evaluation approach involving collaboration with others, interrogation of shared language around evaluation, and exploration of the different evaluation lenses available to us, particularly in the context of the Warwick Education and Student Experience Strategy and Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) guidance.
Together, we will discuss our espoused and enacted evaluation practices in the light of our student success, the refreshed Warwick Education and Student Experience Strategy, and the broader higher education contexts. The session will end with the intention setting exercise encouraging us to put what we have learnt into practice.
This seminar is most suitable to academics and teams currently evaluating their modules and/or programmes.
Optional prep will be suggested prior to the seminar.
