GTA Developers' Network Conference 2025

THANK YOU to all those who made the journey to Warwick.

Warwick's Academic Development Centre was delighted to host the 2025 GTA Developers' Network Conference. This annual gathering brings together colleagues who work with or support Graduate Teaching Assistants (GTAs) from across UK Higher Education, as well as GTAs themselves. This year, we grappled with the theme: Navigating Change Together: Strategies for GTA Success. It was an opportunity to share best practice and to strengthen this important, dedicated community. Attendees from across the UK (as well as from Ohio, USA, engaged in thought-provoking discussions, collaborative workshops, and valuable networking opportunities.

We are teaching in turbulent times. Whether its disruption in the form of AI, budget cuts, or wider cultural shifts, we encouraged colleagues to reflect on how they might help the GTA Developer community Navigate Change Together.
