Warwick's Academic Development Centre is delighted to host the 2025 GTA Developers' Network Conference. This annual gathering brings together colleagues who work with or support Graduate Teaching Assistants (GTAs) from across UK Higher Education, as well as GTAs themselves. This year, we will be grappling with the theme: Navigating Change Together: Strategies for GTA Success. It is an opportunity to share best practice, innovative pedagogies, and to build a supportive community. Attendees will engage in thought-provoking discussions, collaborative workshops, and valuable networking opportunities designed to enhance their teaching and professional development.

We are teaching in turbulent times. Whether its disruption in the form of AI, budget cuts, or wider cultural shifts, we welcome submissions from colleagues who can help the GTA Developer community understand how we might Navigate Change Together. Scheduling permitting, we are open to presentations, lightning talks or workshops.
