WIHEA Seminar: 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing Insight Seminar with WMG
On 24 April, 3D printing technologists "Stratasys" gave an open seminar / workshop about how 3D printing is being utilised by university departments around the world – from fashion to medicine, history to engineering. Those in attendance discussed with Stratasys about how to use 3D printing in their departments or for upcoming projects. Stratasys already works with WMG on its Human-Powered Submarine Programme led by Dr Ian Tuersley, who gave an overview of the current capabilities and uses of the onsite 3D printer.
