Call for Guest Speakers for the Active Learning Network Satellite Group at Coventry
Dear All,
The Active Learning CoP at Coventry University,Link opens in a new window is now entering its 5th year and was originally developed as a satellite group for the Active Learning NetworkLink opens in a new window.
In the past 4 years, we had several invited guest speakers, who shared their practice with colleagues at Coventry University. I am now planning the sessions for the academic year 2026-2027, and I would like to invite some more guest speakers.
Our CoP sessions last for 2 hours and include 60-90min of an interactive session led by our guest speaker, and 30-60min of open discussion and sharing of similar strategies, challenges or approaches by the members of the CoP at Coventry University Group.
We are looking for 5 guest speakers to facilitate sessions in:
- November
- December
- February
- April
- June
The themes should be relevant to Active Learning but with a wide range of focus. We would be particularly interested in sessions that share how Active Learning is embedded in Apprenticeships delivery across a wide range of levels, however, this is not a requirement.
