Session outline

This workshop is being delivered by the Outreach Engagement team from UK Parliament and will explore how researchers can engage with the work of Parliament.   It is designed those who may have had some basic engagement with Parliament before. Attendees develop a deep understanding of how to raise the issues which mean the most to them:

  • How can they take action?
  • What tools help influence debates, decisions, and legislation?
  • How can they build relationships with MPs and Lords?

I understand I need to be at the College Green entrance to the House of Commons 30 minutes before the start of the tour to enable me to clear security. (required)
I agree that I will email Professor Jane Bryan ( if I no longer need my place. (required)
