David Silver
David Silver (b.1960) began studying a 6-year Health and Social Policy (BA Hons) course in 2017, taking Global Connections in his penultimate year of study in 2020-21. The range of topics he has studied alongside the IATL module include crime, radical politics in Europe, research methods in social sciences and modern China.
About the Project
This is a showcase video of David's sound art piece - a model that represents the ports of Calais and Dover with audio clips projecting from speakers placed on each port that present attitudes of citizens of differing social class from both sides towards UK immigration policies.
