Welcome
We are delighted to welcome you onto the MIBTP programme which starts on Monday 29th September 2025.
The information on these pages is relevant to ALL students from the six MIBTP collaborative universities: Aston, Birmingham, Coventry, Harper Adams, Leicester and Warwick. Please note that some of the finer details of the schedule are yet to be confirmed, and that dates and times are subject to change. Rooms and final timings for in-person training will be added to the schedule over the next few weeks, so please revisit this page closer to the start of term.
Please note that you will need to be present at the University of Warwick for two weeks in October, and for the module examinations at the end of term 1. Details on travelling to Warwick for training can be found here: Travelling to Warwick. Every effort is being made to schedule the in-person training around your home institution induction events, details of which will be shared with you in due course.
Preparatory Reading (optional)
Your training in term 1 will involve taught modules on programming and statistics. Due to the intensive nature of this training, you may want to consult some of the material below in order to prepare yourself.
