TIA Centre: News

We are delighted to announce that TIA Centre PhD student, George Wright, successfully defended their PhD Viva earlier in the week - well done George!

George, who was part of the PRISM Lab, focussed on research in the field of reproductive health specifically finding signatures of miscarriage in endometrial histology images.

We were also pleased and grateful to welcome Greg Slabaugh from Queen Mary University of London, as the external examiner.

We extend our gratitude to the University of Warwick for supporting George's PhD journey, and of course grateful thanks to Dr Fayyaz Minhas, for his support and encouragement, through his supervisory role.
