A big welcome to the new members of the group!

Amman starts his (remote) URSS project, investigating quantum confinement in metal oxide nanoparticles and cluster molecules!

Part III student Kinran Lau will be moving on to start a PhD at the International Max Planck Research School for Interface Controlled Materials for Energy Conversion, working in the group at the University of Duisburg-Essen under the supervision of Prof. Stephan Barcikowski and Prof. Martin Muhler.

We wish Kinran the best of luck with his new project!

Well done to Haijiao Lu for passing her phd viva back at Tianjin University after an 18 month spell in Cambridge!

Haijiao will start a postdoc with Dr. Zongyou Yin at the Australian National University later this summer! We wish her the best of luck with her new project!
